We're looking for a permanent part-time receptionist to be the welcoming first point of contact across our Woolooware and Sutherland clinics.

About the role
Flow Physio Co is a busy musculoskeletal, sports and pelvic health clinic in the Sutherland Shire. We're hiring a permanent part-time receptionist to work across both our clinic locations - Woolooware and Sutherland. It's a hands-on, people-first role: greeting patients, managing bookings, answering calls, and keeping the front of house running smoothly. You'll work 21 hours per week across three days.
The shifts
This is a fixed three-day roster (21 hours/week):

| Wednesday | Sutherland | 7:00am - 3:00pm |
| Thursday | Sutherland | 11:00am - 8:00pm |
Training starts Monday 10 August.
What we're looking for
- Prior reception experience desired
- Warm, professional phone and front-desk manner
- Comfortable managing bookings and juggling a busy diary
- Reliable and able to commit to the fixed three-day roster
- Able to work across both the Woolooware and Sutherland clinics
