WHAT’S INVOLVED?

💻An initial online video assessment with our trained Physiotherapists, discussing your personal history, explaining the program, assessing your current functional ability and developing the right exercise prescription, tailored to your needs and goals

📚Education helping you learn more about living with these conditions

🏋🏽‍♂️Individual exercise program training sessions twice a week for six weeks to improve muscle control of the joint which leads to reduction in symptoms and improved quality of life

👨🏻‍⚕️Access to your physiotherapist for the duration of the program, via a secure messaging platform, with regular check-ups and 3 video consultations (Initial, Week 3 & Week 6)

🔬This program is designed from the current evidence and clinical guidelines that education, exercise & weight control are key factors in managing hip and knee issues.

WHAT DOES IT COST?

$288 (currently not available for private health rebates)

This includes 3 video consultations, personalised exercise rehabilitation program and regular check-ups with your physiotherapist to keep you on track to achieving your goals.
