If you’re unsure what’s going on, that’s okay - an assessment helps us understand the “why” and map the next steps.

You’re not alone - and you don’t have to guess

Pelvic health concerns are more common than most men realise — but they can feel difficult to talk about.

At Flow Physio Co, we take a calm, practical approach:

  • No judgement. We meet you where you’re at.

  • Clear explanations, in plain language.

  • A step-by-step plan you can actually use day-to-day.

Common concerns we help with

We support men with concerns such as:

  • Bladder, bowel and sexual dysfunction

  • Pelvic pain

How it works

Simple, supportive steps - so you know exactly what happens next.

1) Book (or call)

Choose a time that suits you. If you’re unsure, request a call-back and we’ll guide you.

2) Assessment & understanding

We take a thorough history, discuss symptoms and goals, and identify likely contributing factors.

3) Your tailored plan

You’ll leave with a clear, practical plan — education, strategies, and next steps (including referrals if needed).

What to expect in an appointment

A calm, private first session

We focus on making you feel comfortable, respected, and heard.

What we’ll cover

  • A chat to understand your concerns, history, routines, and goals

  • Discussion of bladder/bowel habits, relevant routines, hydration and lifestyle factors (as relevant)

  • Assessment of relevant pelvic floor and musculoskeletal factors

  • A plan that fits your life (not something unrealistic you can’t maintain)

Physical assessment (privacy + consent)

Many sessions involve education and external, non-invasive assessment only.
If any internal examination is recommended, we explain why, discuss options, and proceed only with informed consent. You can pause or stop at any time.

After the appointment

You’ll receive clear next steps. With your consent, we can liaise with your GP/urologist or other providers if needed.
