Charlotte Conlon

Pelvic Health Physiotherapist

Charlotte graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy). She has since worked in both the private practice and hospital rehabilitation settings in the Sutherland Shire and North Sydney areas.

She has undertaken further studies in Women's Health Physiotherapy, she has done multiple post graduate courses in the area of pelvic physiotherapy including; management of pelvic organ prolapse and stress urinary incontinence, pessary fitting , genitourinary and anorectal pain disorders as well as clinical pilates . Being a Mum she is extremely passionate about treating pre and postnatal women and allowing them to exercise in the safest way possible. She enjoys using her Clinical Pilates skills for exercise rehabilitation of spinal/hip pain and pelvic floor dysfunctions. Charlotte also enjoys treating post menopausal women as she can make a huge difference to their quality of life. Charlotte works closely with many local GP’s and obstetrician/gynaecologists and therefore see’s a very broad range of women’s health issues daily.

Charlotte combines her manual therapy skills and exercise rehab knowledge to provide the right treatment to help people achieve optimal health, wellbeing and pain free movement patterns. Charlotte also has a passion for sport playing Hockey for both Sutherland and Sydney University, she also enjoys surfing, snowboarding and pilates in her spare time.
