ASHLEIGH ROBINSON Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Ashleigh graduated from the University of Wollongong with a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Rehabilitation (Exercise Physiology).

Ash enjoys working with individuals managing chronic health conditions, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, and women’s health. She places strong value on education, collaboration, and delivering patient-centred, evidence-based care. She is passionate about empowering her clients to understand their bodies, build confidence in movement and feel supported at every stage of life.

Throughout her degree, Ash worked on reception at Flow and gained valuable insight into the clinical environment. She also gained experience working in strength and conditioning with a local rugby club. This sparked a strong interest in end-stage rehabilitation and return-to-sport training, where she enjoys helping individuals rebuild strength, confidence and resilience following injury. She particularly enjoys programming for female athletes and supporting them to develop strength, performance and long-term injury prevention.

Outside of work, you’ll often find Ash enjoying a book in the sun or having a swim at Cronulla. She maintains an active lifestyle and loves Pilates, strength training and swimming.
